The First Chesapeake Group, Inc. (FCG), was established in 1987. After 35 years of consulting services FCG ceased operations December 31, 2022.

FCG's services encompassed strategic planning, financial and operational planning and analysis, litigation support and expert witness services, information systems planning and management, program evaluation, and payment system analysis and design. The firm's clients included hospitals, insurers, health care systems, managed care organizations, state healthcare agencies, and law firms.
